1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zenvoi (https://zenvoi.astrixel.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Zenvoi is an online invoice generator that lets you create, customize, and download professional invoices as PDF files. The service is available as a free tier (no account required) and a paid Pro tier with additional features.

3. Accounts

You can use the free tier without creating an account. If you create an account for Pro features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Tier

The free tier allows unlimited invoice creation and PDF downloads with one template. Free invoices include a small "Created with Zenvoi" watermark. No account or payment information is required.

5. Pro Subscription

Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the invoices, logos, and business information you enter into Zenvoi. We do not claim any rights over your content.

For free users, all data is stored locally in your browser. For Pro users, invoice data is stored in encrypted cloud storage to enable sync and dashboard features.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to create fraudulent invoices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the application
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zenvoi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that invoices generated will meet specific legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with local tax and business regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenvoi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
